She walked us through every step of the way and educated us about the market, our area, brought in a team to help us establish a plan to successfully stage our home while living there, and so much more! Linds provided us with a weekly report via email and followed up over the phone, and was helpful in answering any and all questions we had throughout the process of selling! She went above and beyond helping us get ready for showings by cleaning, blowing the leaves off our driveway and cleaning off our son’s fingerprints off the fridge. She coordinated with the buyers agent, our title company, the lender, our roofer and so many more in order to close (pretty much) on time!

There were a LOT of unexpected hurdles within 48 hours of closing and Lindsay handled them with so much grace, and took everything in stride. I can’t imagine all the conversations that happened behind the scenes without my husband and I even knowing, but I know Lindsay was communicative and kept us in the loop when needed and left us unaware of all the craziness happening behind to scenes to spare our own sanity! Lindsay worked with our Title agent to come up with a game plan and did what she had to do in order to put a fire under the lender to get us closed only a day later than expected!
